Use the scoped description
Preferred one-sentence description: Fluent is a reviewable voice, text, and optional gaze control layer for Windows.
For a directory or review, add the status in the same paragraph: Fluent is a pre-alpha research preview recruiting Windows users affected by RSI, pain, fatigue, or limited hand or arm mobility for free guided sessions.
What a reviewer can verify today
The privacy page documents how speech, text, gaze context, planning, analytics, and Windows actions are handled. The research page separates implemented behavior, release gates, and outcomes that have not been measured.
The category comparison uses the same readiness, setup, processing, and fit criteria for five Windows voice-control options. Its CSV worksheet supplies a vendor-neutral task and recovery record that a reviewer can reuse.
- Canonical product description and current preview status.
- Local speech transcription and hosted planning boundary.
- Optional gaze behavior and no gaze-only activation.
- Visible action progress, cancellation, and current safety gaps.
- Comparison method, correction policy, and reusable evaluation worksheet.
What is not yet proven
Fluent has not published a signed usable installer, an exact Windows support matrix, an external accessibility beta, a cross-product benchmark, or a completed external user session. Those absences should remain visible in any current listing.
A polished website image is not a product screenshot. A current application screenshot and short unedited task recording will be added only after the installed preview is stable enough to represent the actual first-run experience.
- No customer testimonials or permissioned outcome stories.
- No speech-accuracy, task-success, time-saved, or fatigue-reduction percentage.
- No claim that Fluent can replace a user’s established access setup.
- No public source repository or open-source license.
Assets, attribution, and corrections
Use the preferred description verbatim or write a narrower factual summary. Link to the product home for identity, the privacy page for data handling, and the research page for evidence status. The machine-readable product-facts file below is the shortest source for a fact checker.
The current website hero artwork is illustrative and must not be captioned as an application screenshot. For a fact correction or a current review asset, contact admin@fluentforall.com and name the exact claim that needs checking.
